Our Constitution & Bylaws

The Indianapolis Professional Photographer's Guild, Inc. is a 501(c)6 non-profit organization, founded in 1962. As such, we are governed by a Constitution and Bylaws. The current approved version is included here for members' reference. If you have any questions, please contact a Board member.

We are your local PPA Community Network

Incorporated in our stated mission IPPG is a part of the Community Network of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) and, in doing so, to support the PPA's Principal's of Association. We work with PPA cooperatively to further the interest of our common members and otherwise act together to advance professional image making.

To support the above principles outlined in the document referenced above we, as a Guild, commit to the following:

    • Conduct our affairs in accordance with our bylaws.
    • Abide by the PPA membership Code of Ethics.
    • Not have any membership requirements that are discriminatory or in violation of federal antitrust law.
    • Adhere to federal laws against price sharing.
    • Comply with renewal requirements as set by the PPA board of directors.
    • Follow all PPA merit rules.
