This month's speaker is Gail Perry, CPA Discussing the new Tax implications on small business owners and creatives.
Gail Perry is a CPA and the former editor-in-chief of CPA Practice Advisor magazine. She is also a well-known public speaker and is the author of more than 30 books (including Mint.com For Dummies and Surviving Financial Downsizing: A Practical Guide to Living Well on Less Money). In addition, she maintains a small tax practice. Gail is a graduate of Indiana University where she earned her bachelor's degree in journalism. After returning to school to study accounting at Illinois State University, Gail earned her CPA and worked for Deloitte's Chicago office as a state and local tax specialist. She is a former tax columnist for the Indianapolis Star newspaper, has been an adjunct professor teaching introductory accounting and personal finance, and spent 10 years as a computer applications instructor at the Indiana CPA Society.

He majored in Visual Communications at Illinois State University and has worked for broadcast televisions stations and marketing agencies. He freelances for a multitude of businesses here in Indy and around the country.

Michael lives in Meridian Kessler with his wife and two sons and owns and operates Ripple Media Productions. In addition, he publishes North Indy, an award-winning Indianapolis publication that promotes local businesses and covers stories of the people and places in our community.

Once again, Indianapolis Professional Photographers' Guild is proud to coordinate and help administer the 2026 Indiana State Fair Photography Competition. This will be our fifthteenth year! We encourage all Indiana photographers to participate. Each year has been a resounding success and we are looking forward to another group of very talented photographers, both amateur and professional, student and adult, to participate in displaying their photography skills.
Join your fellow photographers for the 15th annual State Fair Photography Competition Awards Night. This year's top scoring images, and their makers will be recognized and receive their ribbons.
The ceremony will take place at 6:30PM in the Indiana Arts Building (first floor) on the State Fairgrounds.
